Good morning one and all,
I am attempting to put together an RBT for my office and instead of re-inventing the wheel I was hoping that another member would already have a program up and running they would be willing to allow me to use.
Thanks fella's:D

Hey Stephen ...
There's a WHOLE lot to it ... simply copying somebody else's program is a recipe for disaster. Your first best bet would be to order a copy of the book Training at the Speed of Life. Getting into a "how-to" program is the best bet. Jumping into RBT haphazardly has gotten people killed. Equally dangerous is the unintended consequences of well-intentioned training. Trainers with the best of intentions inadvertently program people for failure in the real world on a daily basis.
Don't cut corners. It takes years to develop high quality RBT, and simply having possession of a passed-along program is not the answer. The map is NOT the territory.
