There is a video on a website that shows an officer doing some erratic behavior after shots are fired. This video points out information in Ken's book that if officers aren't trained to respond certain ways after shots are fired, they will do some strange things (pacing back and forth, touching themselves, etc). You'll see that at the end of the clip the officer pacing back and forth and out in the open.
I will warn you that this website does contain some "adult educational video clips" on the website and wouldn't be recommended to open on a work computer. This video is a definate reminder for training our personnel what to do after the suspect is down or presumed down.

This website contains a ton of OIS/OUF and they are all downloadable. Video also backs up Blauer's and Pincus' training on flinch response (huge flinch before officer fires).
